On behalf of the New Mexico Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, I would like to invite your company to present an exhibit at our upcoming Annual Scientific Meeting, which is scheduled to take place at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM on January 5 – 6, 2024.
The purpose of our meeting is to provide attendees with updates on surgical treatments and techniques, a forum for ongoing statewide surgical research and to address surgical issues we address as a rural, underserved state. Attendees of the meeting will include general, trauma and vascular surgeons from across the state of New Mexico, who can earn CME credits offered by the American College of Surgeons.
We are offering 3 tiers of sponsorship:
- Gold $2250 – This includes named sponsorship of the networking event at the University Clubhouse on Friday, January 5th, as well as a 12-foot exhibit space on Saturday, January 6th at the scientific conference.
- Silver $1500 – This includes named sponsorship of a meal or snack on Saturday, January 6th as well as a 6-foot exhibit space near the food.
- Bronze $750 – This includes a 6-foot exhibit space with a table near the conference auditorium.
The meeting will take place at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque in the Domenici Buildings of the medical school campus.
Registration will close at 11:59 PM MT on January 1, 2024.
